Our goals and experience
It is our goal to provide high quality & cost effective repairs & modifications that meet or exceed all trailer & truck body OEM standards. That is why we can continue to offer a five year warranty on workmanship for every non-temporary repair that we perform. We have stood behind every repair we’ve done for over 35 years.
MW Trailer was opened by Mike Welsh in 1978. It was mike’s experience in trailer manufacturing that led him to apply his talents and experience in a new repair facility. Mike noticed the need for private repair facilities that could do OEM quality repairs at a reasonable cost. Our team continues today with the same focus, still family owned and operated.
Our Location and Facility
We are conveniently located 30 miles south of New York City, NY and 30 miles north of Philadelphia, PA in Bordentown, NJ. We are just down the road from two large truck stops; pilot and love’s. Our facility is within a block of NJ turnpike (interstate 95) exit # 7, route 295 exit 56, and between routes 130 & 206. Many customers will maintain a small pool of completed trailers so they can drop a unit for repairs and pick up a completed trailer.
Our facility is gated and guarded 24/7/365 to assure our customers equipment availability and security. Our facility was built in the early 80’s and expanded in the late 90’s, we encompass 6 bays on 14 acres. We maintain a large current inventory of structural body components, suspension, landing gear, roof, lift gate, roller-bed and maintenance parts. We are stocking distributors for most major manufactures.
Our staff
Encompasses many years of trailer repair experience. we work closely with most major OEM’s to make certain we keep our technicians trained on the latest innovations in our industry. we don’t shy away from difficult tasks, we embrace them! every trailer receives a CSA pre-inspection, which includes checking the three top inspection failures, lights, brake stroke and conspicuity tape.
